The 4th way
The 4th way is a realistic model of society.
It is based on the basic needs of the human being. This model goes in the direction of history, because it allows the transition from ever more to always better for Man. The means to set up this form of society, and that it lasts, is through a new Constitution.
A realistic and popular Constitution necessarily defines the rules of the game between social forces, the relations between classes. In the 4th Way, two classes of middle forces interact by cooperating and permanently opposing each other: on the one hand the petty and middle bourgeoisie and on the other hand the wage system. That is what makes it a balanced system. Thus individual initiative can be expressed, while preserving the interests of society as a whole through control and social planning.
Two conditions make this Constitution possible and desirable: to eliminate extreme wealth and to eliminate indigence. For this it is essential to reaffirm the inviolability of Natural Law in the Constitution.
This system is made stable, balanced and desirable by the supreme arbitration of the people as a whole to settle disputes between social forces.
Faced with the crisis of rotting capitalism and the failures of alternatives, multiple attempts in the direction of the 4th Way exist today as yesterday: Russia, China and formerly the France of De Gaulle or Argentina of Perón.
All so different, and yet they converge by trajectories specific to each, in the same direction; as driven by the march of history, that of the model of society with two social classes in synergy, attracted by the socio-economic superiority of the 4th Way. This superiority emerges from the dynamism of a network of small businesses and the coherence of centralized coordination.
But so far these attempts have failed because the national and international capitalists, with the help of the mafias and the indigent they bribe, are doing everything to overthrow them.
To be approved by all and to be viable in the long term, the model of society of the 4th Way corresponds to the very essence of the human being. For this it is based on the needs of the body, but also and above all on those of the human soul, expressed by the pyramid of Maslow and Simone Weil (1909-1943). Real political specifications, they are like guards in all areas.
It is therefore a question of building a fair society by doing with Man as he is, that is to say an ethical framework excluding all societal excesses.
To escape the current chaos, it is essential to engrave precisely in the Constitution the fundamental values common to all men. The Constitution is therefore the prerequisite for the change of society, because it formalizes the social contract between the two classes of wage earners and the petty bourgeoisie coexisting to run the country.
The 4th Way is the concrete definition of the goal to be achieved. Attempts in multiple countries, lacking this clear objective, explain their failures (coup) and imperfections (authoritarianism). Beyond these deficiencies, these experiences show that the advent of this 4th Way is inevitable because it is the meaning of life.
